Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff - even gave us an upgraded room :). Location was perfect for us. The room was very clean and had cool, modern decoration and a very comfy bed. My son also loved the view over the south coast of HK.

My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay at Ovolo. Location is great - away from the hustle and noise of the City, yet still very accessible by MTR and buses. The surrounding is quiet & occasionally well hang around to watch matches at the recreational area just next to the hotel. Room is spacious (esp for HK standard) and was pretty much soundproof although could hear abit of conversations going on next door especially if the neighbours were speaking loudly/shouting. Very thankful to the team who celebrated our wedding anniversary with us by offering a complimentary room upgrade and a bottle of wine. We were super excited & this added extra joy to our celebration. The team was also super helpful as I needed industrial grade glue but couldn’t find it anywhere. Sought help from the concierge and the engineering team passed us a tube of brand new super glue - we were extremely thankful. These small gesture really made our stay so much more comfortable & at ease. We will definitely return to stay when we visit Hong Kong the next time!

A wonderful location, quite central but quiet (no crowds) in a green part of the city. I enjoyed a lot eating at their Mexican restaurant. The vibe of the place is very cool, artsy. I stayed in the corner queen room. Two walls were windows. I had everything I needed, including tea and coffee makers in the room. A very smart and practical design. Overall I cannot not recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay again there if I pass by the HK city.

Everything was great and super clean. Included free goodiebag, slippers, minibar, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was also a universal adapter. It was a bit cold on arrival the aircondition had been on full blast, i told the reception it was cold and they immediately brought me a heating fan, that heated up the room very quickly. Location is very close to the Metro. Ocean Park is only 1 stop away. Right next to the Hotel there is a gas station open 24 hours. I liked the concept of the hotel, I highly recommend!

The cleanliness of the room, shower & temperature works great, quiet enough, bed was good. I like the easy control automatic blinds.

It’s not in the centre of Hong Kong Island, but the metro is very close and there are a couple of restaurants and coffee shops which we used for breakfast and for dinner the day we arrived. All the toiletries you need are provided.

It is 10 min MTR from Admiralty. There is a 7Eleven and a few restaurants around. The room and facilities were extremely clean, we had slippers, a tote bag, a bag to put our clothes for the free laundry service. There is a lounge area, rooftop, pool table, gym. In the room is Alexa, Apple TV :) everything you need really. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had the best stay there!

The rooms worth the big windows were very nice and had all amenities we needed. The personnel was very kind and helpful. A subway station is well reachable or you can go there by bus.

What a rare find, the surrounding view is simply stunning. Location is fab with just couple mins to MTR. Room is very spacious and modern with electric blinds, smart tech etc. Not often a hotel in the city comes with top notch cafe lounge to hangout/ work. Last but not least the team was helpful and friendly. Definitely highly recommend and won’t think twice to stay again in near future.

convenient location - you can get anywhere in hongkong easily, very friendly staff, clean, you can play pool in the lobby, free tea and coffee
